1. Website purpose

This website describes proposed in-person vacation rental inspections, guest-readiness evaluations and authorized mystery guest stays. Information, service areas, prices and availability are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer.

2. No inspection engagement formed

Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry, once a form is enabled, does not create a customer relationship or guarantee an inspection. Any engagement requires a separate written scope and terms covering access authorization, pricing, scheduling, payment, cancellation, evidence handling, deliverables and liability.

3. Inspection scope and limitations

Proposed audits are observational evaluations of guest experience, presentation and functionality at an agreed visit time. They are not licensed home inspections, engineering assessments, environmental testing, code-compliance certifications, or guarantees of property safety or rental performance.

4. Mystery guest evaluations

Any mystery stay must be authorized by the property owner or duly authorized manager, comply with relevant booking-platform rules and local laws, and be governed by a separate engagement agreement. Evaluators do not stage emergencies, fabricate public reviews or intentionally damage property.

5. Site content and examples

Audit scores, report examples and property visuals currently displayed are illustrative. They do not represent actual audited properties, customers, endorsements or measured outcomes. Do not rely on them as evidence of a specific property performance result.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this website, access nonpublic systems without authorization, scrape content unlawfully or misrepresent your identity in communications with the business.
