Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

The current inquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not transmit form entries to a StayProof website server. If you choose to send the email, the information you enter (such as name, email, phone, service type, property location and description) is transmitted through your email provider and received in our current contact inbox. When a direct-submission form or booking system is added, this policy will be updated to identify the provider, processing purposes and retention practices.

2. Technical and browsing information

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Website infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps and access logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on its own processing.

3. Images, fonts and third-party resources

The site currently requests selected property photographs from Unsplash-hosted image URLs and fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers can receive network request information when your browser loads their resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. These external assets should be reviewed before public launch.

4. Cookies and storage

The site currently stores a browser preference named stayproof_cookie_choice_v1 in local storage to remember acknowledgement of the cookie notice. No optional advertising or analytics trackers have been intentionally installed in the current codebase. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Why information is processed

Information processed through the website may be used to deliver pages, maintain security and remember your privacy preference. Future inquiry processing, marketing communications, client accounts and inspection reports require additional disclosures and appropriate controls before those features are enabled.

6. Sharing and retention

Infrastructure providers may process technical data as needed to operate the site. We have not enabled a website lead database or client report portal. Inquiries that you manually send by email may remain in the sending and receiving mailboxes subject to the email providers' retention and deletion practices. Retention periods and recipients for future inquiries, inspection photos or client records will be documented when those systems are implemented.

7. Your choices

You can review the site's browser storage settings at any time using Cookie preferences. Your browser also offers controls to delete local storage. Privacy-rights requests and an appropriate response channel will be established once the operating company and business contact are confirmed.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adult property owners and business representatives, not children. We do not intentionally design the website to collect information from children.

9. Updates and contact

We will revise this notice when services, tools or practices change. Business contact details are pending confirmation and must be supplied before launch.
